Hello, my name is Alex, and I’ve been baking for some time now, as I started baking when I was pretty young and I used to see my mom baking, she would get a chair near the kitchen counter so I could stand on it to help her.

As my mom baked very often for our family, she used to bake from easy recipes to make some cookies to more elaborate recipes to make some pies and cakes.

From watching my mom baking, I got to take her place and I love to bake all kinds of pastries and cakes for our family, from there, it was when I started to bake some easy to make bread recipes.

Later, I signed up to the Hospitaly Magnament University, where I got my bachelors degree, I must say I really enjoy those subjects related to cooking and culinary art.

Later in life, as a mom myself, I loved to bake everything for my own family, and I haven’t stopped doing it.

As a single mom I started my own small artisan bakery to make an income for my family, I loved to bake all types of buns and breads for my clients.

As my children (3) grew up watching me baking, one of them decided to go for the same career, today he is a pastry and ice cream chef, he will be sharing some tips with me on this website too.

Helping Others To Bake Their Own Bread At Home

Today, I don’t have that small artisan bakery, but I still make some bread for my husband and me.

As I love to test new recipes and see what works and what doesn’t work, I’ll be sharing some tips to help you to get the best results from your own kitchen.

Baking your own bread at home, has many benefits, from baking with the best ingredients you can get, to try some new recipes that will become your family favorites!

As my website grows, you will find more content on it, if you’re looking for a recipe that is not yet on the blog, don’t be shy and write the recipe name on a comment, and I will put it on the list of recipes to try.
