I love this post! I am an avid cook and love to make up my own recipes. Check what’s in the fridge and “rustle” up something. However i cannot seem to make bread, even though i follow the recipe to the LETTER! This post has made me want to try making bread again. All the benefits you list are really the reason i started making bread, but i gave up because it never turned out good!
